This Refund Policy explains how CarModSnap handles subscription cancellations and refund requests.

Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel an active subscription at any time from Settings > Billing.
• If you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• We do not charge additional cancellation fees.

Refund Eligibility

• Charges are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle starts.
• Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• If a duplicate charge or clear billing error occurs, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Trials and Promotional Offers

• Trial and promotional terms, if provided, are shown on the pricing or checkout pages.
• Unless explicitly stated, trial conversions and promotion-based purchases follow the same cancellation and refund rules above.

Chargebacks and Disputes

• If you believe a payment is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.
• You may also raise a dispute through your payment provider according to their policies.
